Ans: B.
 Infants born to women using cocaine, especially crack cocaine, have an increased incidence of prematurity (not postmaturity) and low birth weight (not macrosomia). Intrauterine growth retardation with disproportionate decrease in head size is noted in infants exposed prenatally to cocaine.
